Personal Development

I have started listening to Podcasts.  It has given me so much more to think about and ponder, where I am usually disgruntled with my semi-mundane days.  I listen to a lot of TED Talks, Psychology Podcasts, Coaching Podcasts... and I'm only scratching the surface. I go for a walk, put in the earbuds, and start a new Podcast.  This is such an inspiring, intriguing and precious way to start to my day.  It'll be good when Benny's knee has healed and he can come with me too.  I want to write a little in this blog after each walk to cool down, chill out, recap and try retain more information.  So - if I wake up at 5am, get out of the house by 525am, walk til 615am, blog and eat til 7am, then get in the shower.  Heaps of time!  If I'm to be awake at 5am, I need to be in bed by 830am and asleep by 9pm.  Oooooohkay, that will take a bit to get used to.  We'll trial things and revamp if necessary.
