Ramble On

Friday night, 10:38pm. Been up since 5am... worked at Curves then 3 movies in a row at the Gem. Feeling pretty exhausted. Had chocolate covered raisins for dinner and MAN did I feel crappy after that. Had to solder on and finish the night though. I need to be more prepared for these long days so my only options arent to buy chocolate covered raisins or quiche where half of said quiche has 27g of fat!! Got home 945pm, stepped in spilt tapioca, fed the dogs, had a shot of Jameson with my Dad, and here I sit on my bed with my little angel Jasmine chewing a chewy. One of her favourite past times - same with me. I am feeling the urge to write so here I am, however due to my somewhat brain dead state at the moment I feel like I'm rambling. Congrats if you've made it this far. I'm sipping Pabst Blue Ribbon on ice which isn't actually that bad, and thinking in anticipation of my trip to Australia in 5mths. Growing ever nearer... So much to do in the mean time though... so much work, that is. Bit exhausting to think about, but I'm also proud at the amount of jobs I've landed and the type of work I've gotten into. I've recently starting selling myself as a "house cleaner, yard clean up etc. Pretty much anything." This is a sweet gig since the money is good and I don't mind the work. I've got a house work job coming up Sunday morning and some other inquiries so fingers crossed they turn into something. Perhaps my new citrine ring is bringing me wealth in the form of lots of work to earn wealth?? Would make sense... Extra Foods is going fine - sucks when it's slow but they treat me fairly so I can't really complain. Curves is good - making some commission these days which is great and the ladies are awesome. The Gem Theatre is busy as ever now that Digital 3D is here - lots of big movies to work in the coming months. My Dad is just finishing up 2nd cut now which is super late, but you gotta work when the weather allows. I'm helping out whenever I can to get the hay up. Might have some makeup gigs for Halloween so that would be awesome fun. Michele has been gone on holidays for the last 2 weeks and for 4 more weeks so its just been my Dad and I. Bonding/quality time etc. I'm having fun cooking for us - remembering that I can actually cook a nice meal if given the chance to play "female lead" around the house. ie cooking, cleaning, keeping fridge stocked, etc. That's not sexist when a woman is saying it!
It's breast cancer awareness month this month and at Curves we are raising money to donate. Last year they had a bra decorating contest and it was a big hit. This year they're doing it again and I'm expected to decorate a bra. Totally fun... I've got some ideas, just gotta find the time and the materials!! Since I'm helping my Dad butcher lambs tomorrow morning, literally the next free time I have is next Wednesday! I just work 1130-530pm at Extra Foods... come to think of it - then I'm off Thursday so far!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wow. Just working at Curves 4-630pm. Yup, I work everyday doing one thing or another. I've really got to find time to make that bra soon though and a card for Rebekah and Sinan's wedding. Maybe I'll start that tonight since I've got half a beer left to go and the words are done... just have to find the pictures. This is going to be a kick ass card - I'll take pictures.
